Divine wine from southern Spain’s warm Jumilla region. Made from 100% organic Monastrell grapes (known as Mourvèdre in France). The old bush vines are low-yielding but give brilliant concentration of flavour and complexity. The roots have to delve deep into the dry, limestone soil to search for water. No sulphur is used during the winemaking process, giving extra depth of colour and aroma.
There are black fruits and pepper on the nose with dark cherry, damson and raspberry jam flavours on the palate.
