Made in the style of a traditional Italian Rosso Vermouth for use in classic cocktails, but with enough Vancouver Island character to stand on its own over ice or with a splash of soda. We precisely blend our Wildflower Mead with the 2013 Schönburger from Venturi-Schulze Vineyards and spirit from Stillhead Distillery. We then add 32 different botanicals.
