Organically grown from Sekhon Vineyard in the South Okanagan. The grapes were handpicked and fully destemmed into temperature controlled stainless steel tanks were spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation occurred. Cap management was delicate with extended maceration. The wine was basket pressed into concrete vessels where it was aged on gross lees for 8 months.
